I used Rinoa all the time O_o. I read somewhere that Rinoa had the highest strength, magic, and spirit in the game... is that true? Cause to me, it seems that all the characters have equal strength and one will only get stronger if you upgrade their weapons, give them Str/Mag/etc Up, equip the Guardians that up str %, etc... O.o.
but if we don't count those and just limit breaks only, Rinoa would be the strongest because of her Angel Wing limit break and Selphie'd be the weakest because she has none...? >_>
